Age Policy

We are an 18+ establishment, however anyone under 18 can enter with a parent or guardian during operating hours. Children must be supervised at all times and within arm’s reach.

Is there a bar/BYOB?

GameCraft Pinball Lounge is not a bar and does not allow BYOB.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes! We have some snacks available, but be aware that table space is extremely limited.

How do the games work?

Customers can purchase a 1 hour pass for $10.00 or a day pass for $15.00. Once purchased all pinballs are on free play. Monthly Memberships are also available!

I went to GameCraft in Southington, do my tokens work here?

They do not, this is an entry & membership fee location.

I bought a day pass, is re-entry allowed?

Yes, however it is at your own risk. If you leave for an extended period and come back and the location is full, we cannot permit you in due to fire capacity. You can always go to your car and if you’re going to be quick let our staff know! We have a small location and capacity is a consideration at all times.

How do memberships work?

Memberships grant unlimited access without paying entry fees. The Wizard level also adds extra hours, discounts and Monday access. There is no commitment, cancellation fees, or sign up fees. Visit our membership tab for more information!

Can I have a private party?

Coming soon! We will announce when this option is available.
